Molded varieties
Molded materials are many varieties, can be prepreg materials, premixed materials, can also be blank. BMC, DMC, HMC, SMC, XMC, TMC and ZMC, and other varieties of prepregs, fiber pre-mixes.
Raw materials
1. Synthetic resin
Composites Molding materials used in the molding material requires synthetic resin has:
① the reinforcing material has good wetting properties, so that the synthetic resin and reinforced materials to form a good interface on the bond;
② a proper viscosity and good fluidity, in the pressing conditions can be filled together and reinforce the entire cavity material;
③ in the pressing conditions with the appropriate curing speed, and curing process does not produce less by-products or by-products, small volume shrinkage;
④ can meet the specific performance requirements of molded products. According to the above selection requirements, commonly used synthetic resin are: unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, vinyl resin, furan resin, silicone resin, polybutadiene resin, allyl ester, melamine tree resin, and polyimide resin. In order to achieve the specific performance of molded products, selected resin varieties and grades, should also select the appropriate auxiliary materials, fillers and pigments.
2. Reinforcement material

3. Supporting materials
Generally include curing agent (initiator), accelerator, diluent, surface treatment agent, low shrinkage additives, release agent, coloring agent (pigment) and fillers and other auxiliary materials.
